Celebrate National beef Month with our Smokin’ Savvy workshop.

In this workshop, participants will learn the art and science of smoking beef brisket to perfection, learn what a  powerhouse of nutrition beef can be and have some savory tastings along the way.  Smoking brisket is a cornerstone of barbecue culture, requiring patience, technique, and attention to detail. We welcome novice pitmasters to attend this workshop intended to equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to create a brisket that will impress friends and family alike.
