Food Manager 2-Day Certification Training 
Accredited by the Texas Department of State Health Services
Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service Food Manager Certification Program will teach managers about:
- Food Safety & Sanitation (Foodborne illnesses/outbreaks, Types of contamination, Food safety hazards, Identifying foodborne illnesses, & Personal hygiene)
- Food Flow & HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, Purchasing & receiving food safely, and Keeping food safe during preparation)
- Managing the Operation (Sanitary facilities, Pest management, & Sanitation regulations).
The 2-day course (16-hours) will consist of the “Food Safety: It’s Our Business” curriculum and will conclude with a state approved food manager examination.
REGISTRATION: Completed registration forms along with the $125 registration fee must be mailed to the FPM office in College Station by stated postmark deadline.
*Class must have a minimum of 3 participants to be held.*
