Weed and Brush Control

We invite you to join us for an online program, Spring Cleaning Weed and Brush Control for Pastures and Hay Meadows, for information on preparing for the 2021 forage and grazing season. The program will be held on Thursday, April 22, from 8:00 am to 11:00 am with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service Associate Professor and Extension Range Specialist, Megan Clayton, Ph.D. and Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service Professor and Extension Forage Specialist, Vanessa Corriher-Olson, Ph.D.

This program will offer two CEUs for individuals holding a Private Applicator’s Pesticide License. In addition, this program will offer a 1-hour training for the new brush control product, “Invora”. This training certifies your use for a 2-year period and will offer a One-hour CEU in Laws and Regulations.  Please note that you MUST attend the full program to obtain the CEU credits.

The cost of the program is $20.00. Please note that refunds will not be given, unless program is cancelled by the organizer. For any question or to confirm your registration, please contact Brandy Rader at the Fort Bend County Extension Office at 281-633-7029.
